Register an existing token

For Pump tokens launched outside GitPaid whose creator fees already route 100% to GitPaid through a per-mint sharing config with the admin revoked.

GitPaid reads the mint's bonding curve, its pump-fees sharing config and its on-chain metadata. A submission alone never links a token.
